NATURE + SCIENCE
••• OUR SECRETS SHARED •••
The evidence doesn’t say there’s one “secret.” It points to something more sustainable: a cluster of small choices practiced consistently. Research from the Adventist Health Studies* has linked Adventist lifestyle patterns — including vegetarian dietary patterns in many participants — with measurable health advantages, including lower overall mortality in some analyses. And the headline finding remains striking: Adventists in California have been documented as one of the longest-lived formally described populations.

“What I love most is the whole approach: food, rest, movement, community — it’s not intense or extreme, just consistent. The Advent People makes it feel modern and doable, and the science behind the Adventist longevity story gave me confidence I was investing in something real.”
— Sophie K., Birmingham
“I love the whole philosophy: food that makes sense, movement you can actually sustain, and the reminder to rest. The Advent People doesn’t feel like a ‘health brand’—it feels like a way of living that’s grounded, hopeful, and surprisingly modern.”

Our Expertise
The scientific community has shown much interest in certain groups of people who possess better than average health and longevity. Prominent among these are the Seventh-day Adventists, especially those who most closely follow the health principles found in the Bible and writings of Ellen White. Study after study has found that Seventh-day Adventists throughout the world rank dramatically ahead of the rest of the population with significantly less heart disease, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, and Alzheimer’s, etc.
It's our mission is to share these life-enhancing insights with you, empowering you to unlock your full potential, not just physically, but also mentally and spiritually. We firmly believe that a wholistic approach to health is the key to a fulfilling and vibrant life.
We Are The Advent People
The Advent People® are dedicated to sharing the scientifically proven health principles of the Adventist people. For generations, this community has lived longer, healthier lives by adhering to Biblical health principles and the wisdom found in the writings of their prophet, Ellen White. It's no coincidence that Seventh-day Adventists tend to live, on average, ten years longer than the general population.*
A health message that’s been ahead of its time
Long before “plant-forward,” “lifestyle medicine,” and “wellbeing routines” became mainstream, Adventists were practicing a simple, consistent ethos:
- Eat close to the garden (often plant-based)
- Move naturally (walking, daily activity)
- Rest weekly (a true Sabbath reset for body and mind)
- Choose clarity (no tobacco; typically minimal alcohol)
- Belong and connect (community, purpose, service)
These patterns align closely with the themes seen across Blue Zones research: food, movement, purpose, and social connection — lived out as a way of life, not a trend.
